There are three levels of Culinary Arts. Each level requires a different degree of skill and ambition. In Culinary Arts I, students are prepared to gain employment in the world of food service. Students will learn the basics of food preparations skills, teamwork, and service operations.
Level II of Culinary Arts provides students the opportubity to acquire marketable skills by demonstrating the princibles of safety and sanitation. This level also offers school-based learning and work-based learning oppurtunities.
The final level of Culinary Arts provides students with the marketable culinary arts skills they have acquired by assuming increasingly responsible positions including participation in a cooperative education experience.
